Request for Proposals - Skill-mix consultancy

The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking offers for an analysis of routine data on the health workforce in Europe to identify major time trends, challenges and individual country responses on behalf of the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies.

Your organization is invited to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals.

WHO requires the successful bidder, the provider, to carry out a set of tasks related to identifying major health workforce developments and trends, challenges and responses in Europe, by drawing primarily on routine data and other research evidence.
