Request for Proposals – Technical work on country monitoring

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to consult with Regional counterparts to adapt and develop the European Region’s Health Systems in Transition template for use in the WHO African Region. The appointed experts should have experience in country monitoring and in working with countries in Africa.

The bidder shall submit the complete proposal to WHO no later than 25/11/2019 at 00:00 hours CET (Geneva) time (“the Closing Date for Submission of Proposals”), as follows: by e-mail at the following address: euroobsprocurement@who.int, copied to info@obs.who.int .
