Purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP)

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: dispatch and storage services for the European Observatory on Health Systems and Polices publications programme.

The bidder shall submit the intention to bid no later than 12 May 2020 and the complete proposal to WHO no later than 26 May 2020 at 20:00 hours Brussels time, by email at the following email address: euroobsprocurement@who.int .
