This policy brief describes the steps for advocating sexuality education in Europe and central Asia. This brief stresses that determining appropriate stakeholders, building cooperative relationships and developing appropriate material will be a lengthy and iterative process. Opposition to sexuality education is expected and this document provides suggestions on how to address it.
