The WHO European Office for Investment for Health and Development aims to improve health literacy and empower people, institutions and organizations of the public and private sectors using a health-in-all-policies, whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach. Equally, its rights-, equity- and gender-based approach contributes to fulfilling, together, the right to the highest attainable standard of health.
