Mission Report
Kyrgyzstan is one of the focus countries for viral hepatitis in the WHO European Region, due to the high rates of infections, the commitment of national stakeholders and the interest of the Ministry of Health (MOH) to address viral Hepatitis.
The current assessment mission was conducted over a period of four days, with the aim to make a short review of hepatitis related surveillance, national policies and services. The report does not claim to be a comprehensive assessment of all aspects related to viral hepatitis prevention and control, however the result of this short review would help the Ministry of Health and WHO to identify specific areas for further technical cooperation.
