Meeting of National Counterparts for Alcohol Policy in the WHO European Region and the AMPHORA Expert meeting

The meeting aimed to present the most recent research on alcohol policy, to present new WHO alcohol publications and to discuss possible next steps in the development of an European Alcohol Action Plan. The Spanish Ministry of Health and Social Policy hosted the meeting on 14-16 June 2010.

The meeting was organized in cooperation with the AMPHORA group of alcohol experts in order to facilitate an exchange of information between alcohol policy scientists and policymakers.
