A five-year action plan. Smoke-free Europe, 1987-1991

In September 1987, the Regional Committee unanimously passed a resolution adopting a set of measures - an Action Plan on Tobacco - designed to encourage different sectors of society to work together at local, national and international levels to help governments adopt comprehensive policies on tobacco.
