With the support of the World Health Organization and others, the Second Russian Health or Tobacco Forum was a key event for World No Tobacco Day in Moscow. The forum focused on political, legislative and scientific issues of the tobacco related problems, as well as challenges surrounding the implementation of the WHO Framework Convention for Tobacco Control (FCTC) in the Russian Federation.
