Report of the 19th meeting of the Joint Convention/WHO Task Force on Health Aspects of LRTAP

Bonn, Germany, 18-19 May  2016

National focal points on air quality and health and invited experts met to develop advice for the Convention on:

  • Review of the progress in research into the health impacts of air pollution;
  • Launch of the WHO AirQ+ software for the quantification of the health impacts of air pollution;
  • Communication and public health messages for air pollution;
  • Monitoring and modeling of air pollution and its health impacts in countries of eastern Europe, the Caucasus and central Asia;
  • Current activities and work plan of the Task Force for 2016-2017.
