Annual meeting on Prisons and Health, Copenhagen Denmark, 10-12 October 2012

WHO/Europe is organizing a meeting on Prisons and Health for national counterparts, other representatives of the WHO Member States of the European network for Prisons and Health, as well as partner organizations. The meeting is organized in joint collaboration with and co-sponsored by the WHO Collaborating Centre for Prison and Health, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

This year the meeting will put particular focus on the second edition of the Health in Prisons Guide, Hepatitis C and prisons, tuberculosis, training for staff, stewardship and on alcohol and prisons.

The meeting will take place during 10-12 October 2012 in the premises of the WHO Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen, Denmark.
