WHO Barcelona Course on Health Financing for Universal Health Coverage in Russian language

WHO/Europe is pleased to announce the Russian-language version of the WHO Barcelona Course on Health Financing for Universal Health Coverage, a week-long intensive course offered through its WHO Barcelona Office for Health Systems Strengthening.
The deadline for receiving applications is 25 May 2017.
Programme
The Course is built around 5 modules: coordinating reform, raising revenues, pooling health revenues, purchasing and designing a benefit package.
The course will be delivered in English with simultaneous translation into Russian.
Target groups
The Course is designed for policy-makers in the health sector or in charge of social policy, senior managers of service-provider organizations and experts involved in health system reform.
