Health and wealth regional perspectives

This technical report is based on papers presented at the WHO European Ministerial Conference on Health Systems: “Health Systems, Health and Wealth”, Tallinn, Estonia, 25–27 June 2008. It also draws on other material and sets out the important role that regions can play in generating both health and wealth to benefit their residents.
