Responding to the challenge of financial sustainability in Estonia’s health system: one year on (2011)

This follow-up report takes a brief look at major changes in health care financing from 2010, nearly one and a half years since a comprehensive analysis was performed. The goal is not to evaluate the impact of the earlier report, but a review of developments in those four areas of recommendations where the report found that these can significantly affect the financial sustainability of health care to facilitate further policy dialogue.
