Rules of procedures

The meetings of the EACHR shall normally be of a private character. Their content shall not become public except by the express decision of the committee with the full agreement of the Regional Director.

The discussions of an expert committee shall be valid:

• if at least two-thirds of its members are present; and
• if, unless otherwise authorized by the Regional Director, a representative of the Regional Director is also present.

The Secretariat will provide a rapporteur who will prepare the meeting report in collaboration with the Chairs and the Secretariat.
