General Rules and Procedures for the Selection of Experts and Proceedings of the European Advisory Committee for Health

Introduction

Under the existing WHO Regulations for Expert Advisory Panels and Committees (basic document), the Regional Director established the  European Advisory Committee for Health Research (EACHR) and selected its members according to the principles laid out in the Basic Document and the procedures laid out below.

The EACHR is convened at least once a year by the Regional Director for the purpose of review and for making technical recommendations on subjects outlined in the terms of reference.
