Subregional meeting in Slovakia explores policy options for maintaining access to quality medicines
Member States of the central European region have initiated a series of subregional policy dialogues that address common priorities or areas of concern in a range of health topics. Following a successful meeting on hospital reform in Zagreb, Croatia, in 2012, representatives from Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia met in 2013 to exchange knowledge on the effects and effectiveness of various options in pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement policies.
