Joint horizon scanning and strategic negotiations opportunities

This report, with a focus on horizon scanning and strategic procurement, reviews current options for collaboration between WHO Regional Office for Europe and Member States examining opportunities for facilitating introduction of new innovative medicines in a sustainable manner.
