Health technologies and pharmaceuticals programme. Annual report 2018 (2019)

The Health Technologies and Pharmaceuticals (HTP) Programme’s mission is to support Member States in providing people with sustainable access to essential and affordable quality-assured medicines and medical devices.

In 2018 the HTP Programme carried out situation analysis and provided technical guidance to countries and areas on how to increase and sustain access to medicines, including reform of their pharmaceutical sectors, gathered evidence for policy action and helped to build national/area capacity.
