Now online: Russian-language e-learning course on health financing policy

The first Russian-language e-learning course on health financing policy for universal health coverage has been launched.
This foundational course, developed by WHO with the guidance of the WHO Barcelona Office for Health Systems Strengthening, is intended for participants with varying levels of experience and expertise, and will be supported by a range of devices, operating systems and browsers.
The course, also available in English and French, comprises six modules, which cover the core functions of health financing policy as conceptualized by WHO.
Course topics include universal health coverage, revenue raising, pooling revenues, purchasing and benefit package design.
