Technical consultation for the Commonwealth of Independent States

The objectives for this report were to discuss the challenges and opportunities related to the availability of and access to quality testing and care (T&C) services in the Commonwealth of Independent States, to indicate normative guidance needs on T&C, and to develop recommendations on scaling up T&C services.
