Tuberculosis surveillance in Europe 2008

Joint WHO/Europe and European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) surveillance report on tuberculosis in the WHO European Region

Since 1 January 2008, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the WHO Regional Office for Europe have jointly coordinated the tuberculosis (TB) surveillance activities in the WHO European Region. Their aim is to ensure a high quality of standardised TB data covering all 53 member states of the WHO European Region and Liechtenstein.
