Moscow Declaration on Prison Health as Part of Public Health

The Declaration on "Prison Health as part of Public Health" was adopted in Moscow on 24 October 2003 at the international meeting on Prison Health and Public Health, which was jointly organized by the World Health Organization and the Russian Federation (23-24 October 2003, Moscow, Russian Federation).
