Establishment of a Working Group on climate change and its impact on health (HIC) of the European Environment and Health Task Force (EHTF)

Meeting Report. Bonn, Germany, 4–6 June, 2012

The first meeting re-establishing the Working Group on Climate Change and Health (HIC), which will follow up on the implementation of the Parma “Commitment to act” on climate change and health, took place in parallel to the opportunities to report back on climate change and health developments at the regional, subregional, national and subnational level (such as pilot projects, research initiatives, developments, etc) and allowed a wider discussion on future needs. This report also presents the results of the discussions on governance of the HIC Working Group, membership, terms of reference, and thematic priorities.
