Data and statistics

WHO/Europe regularly collects data on vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) and immunization from all Member States of the Region to monitor and assess the impact of strategies and activities for reducing morbidity and mortality of VPDs.

Data collected weekly, monthly, annually and at other intervals are extensively analysed and disseminated through monthly EpiData tables and the EpiBrief newsletter. These data and analyses are further shared with WHO headquarters and other partners to merge with and add value to global data.

COVID-19 vaccine uptake monitoring

A regularly updated collection of data on COVID-19 vaccine distribution and uptake, including total doses administered by first dose and complete vaccination series, and uptake among priority population groups.

Effective communication of immunization data (2019)

The aim of this document is to encourage and support effective communication of data related to vaccine-preventable diseases, vaccines and immunization.
