Brochure on collaboration with Lions Clubs International towards elimination of measles and rubella (2015)

As part of accelerated action to support Member States in eliminating measles and rubella from the WHO European Region, WHO is increasing its engagement with new strategic partners, ministries of health, policy-makers, laboratories and immunization programme managers.

Lions Clubs International is among the new strategic partners that are contributing to this joint effort. As a leader in community and humanitarian service with a large international network, Lions Clubs International has can mobilize volunteers and resources in countries and work with professional societies and the general public to increase demand for immunization.

This brochure explains the foundation for joint collaboration and outlines ways in which individual Lions Clubs can get involved. It is designed to be printed and folded in three for distribution at Lions Clubs events.
